Gustavo Balanta Castilla is a Colombian journalist with extensive
experience in the work for peace and human rights. He's worked with
Redepaz, the Permanent Assembly of Civil Society for Peace, the Jesuit
Program for Peace and the Center for Afrocaribbean Culture in Cartagena as
director of programs in human rights and communications. He lived in exile
in Venezuela for two years.
